Mixed Experience. Some Issues Noted
unstable bed frame inconsistent service
My visit had some problems. I found the service inconsistent. The front desk team was not always accommodating. There was a distinct lack of warmth. I booked a room with twin beds, but it felt cramped and the bed frame was unstable. I told reception about this issue, but no one came to fix it

Really good Location and Modern Comfort
amazing location modern room welcome gift friendly staff
The location was amazing. It allowed me to easily walk to key attractions. The room I had was modern and clean (I particularly appreciated the design). I received a welcome gift containing traditional products, a very nice touch. The staff members I encountered were consistently friendly and helpful.
The gym was functional, but I found it somewhat average in terms of equipment.

The gym offered basic equipment for a workout. I noted a food market and restaurant on the ground floor (convenient for meals and shopping). There was also a rooftop bar, I think it offered city views.

The hotel's location is very central. Many attractions are within walking distance. The hotel is near shops and restaurants (the area felt very tourist-friendly).

The breakfast included anything from the a' la carte restaurant (quite extensive). The on-site restaurant provided options for other meals. I found the food quality very high (especially considering the standard breakfast).

helpful service convenient restaurant
the desk clerk helped me with tickets for a historical place nearby i stored my luggage after checking out the service was prompt and helpful. the restaurant downstairs is very convenient i ate there once and found it very accessible.
the gym was functional but average.
